A Call for European Resistance

Dear @realDonaldTrump,

You never came to negotiate. You came to dominate.

You threatened Europe, loudly, repeatedly, shamelessly.
You told Russia to strike our allies. You called NATO “protection money.”
You celebrated war criminals, shredded climate pacts, sabotaged global treaties, and paralysed the UN—for a fistful of dollars.

That’s not leadership. It’s extortion.

And Europe? We didn’t resist. We surrendered in advance.

We pour billions into American weapons we don’t need.
We lock ourselves into gas deals and stall our climate plans just to placate your fury.
We dutifully swallow your tariffs—paying your tribute, and calling it diplomacy.

Enough! This isn’t realpolitik. It’s cowardice in a suit.

Europe’s economy dwarfs China’s.
We could crush your chip supply, freeze your AI dreams, rip up your IP rights, tax tech giants, ringfence our markets—and enforce our laws.
But we don’t. We still act like a colony.

China met you tariff for tariff—Europe folded before you even started.
The continent that gave the world democracy and human rights now trembles before a man who brags about assaulting women, threatens universities and journalists, bullies his allies, and rules like a mob boss.

You know this. You don’t fear Europe—you laugh at it. And rightly so.

We deliver speeches as you flirt with dictators.
We bicker over vetoes as you auction off Gaza.
We bow to your letters—and call it diplomacy.

Europe’s crisis isn’t sovereignty. It’s character.
We no longer believe in ourselves.

But we weren’t built to suck up to tyrants or bargain with bullies.
We were built to defeat them.
After empire, fascism, and war, we made power answer to law. We turned trauma into structure—to replace arrogance with restraint.

You are everything Europe was built to reject.
You threaten not just American democracy—but the just global order.
Appeasing you isn’t strategy. It’s surrender.

Friends, Europeans, countrymen—
Let us remember what we're meant to be.
Not a trade club, but a civilisational promise.

We must never apologise for defending justice.
Never bargain away climate, peace, or human dignity.
Never mistake tyranny for diplomacy.

We must bind economic power to planetary stewardship.
Anchor political leadership in moral accountability.
And never yield to a man who corrupts democracy and glorifies greed.

Dear Ursula, it’s time to stand up.

Call Trump what he is: a leader without honour who sells his office to serve himself.

Let Parliament censure him.
Let the Council trigger sanctions.
Let citizens boycott the businesses bankrolling his comeback.

This isn’t about trade. It’s about truth.

Europe must stop acting like a mouse—
Not to show strength, but responsibility.
Not for power, but because we remember what silence costs.

Please, Ursula, say out loudly what we’re all thinking:

F#CK OFF, Donald Trump!
Europe doesn’t kneel to thugs.
Not in 1945. Not in 2025.
Not now. Not ever.
